Things I need to stop putting off buying:
- large cutting mat
- Winsor & Newton pocket watercolor set
- waterproof pen
- folding palette
- proper watercolor paper
- a compass
You don’t want know what I’ve been using instead. Though the discount paper plates I’ve been using in place of a small palette have been great! (They also double as great drying racks for clay pieces and brushes once you flip them over and punch some holes. But when I’m painting for reals, I bust out some glass I took out of some old picture frames which may or not be the safest but they’re a breezeee to color match on and clean.) Anyway, off to cut some mystery plastic with a hand saw… Maybe I’ll catch some of you later at the ER. ;3
So, I’m doing this artist alley thing this year at Sakura-con and I’ve been procrastinating so hardcore! All I can think about is what I wanna work on as soon as it’s over…

Sold this awhile ago, but I wanted to repost it here. Full photo set is here.
They look like they rolled around in bag of Cheetos, but I really like how the dye sort of marbled a bit. Anyway, I still need to sculpt them some eyes and tongues.
Rainicorn is up next! :)
